Adam Sandler's new Netflix movie, Hustle, looks very different from his typical comedy fare in the first video for the sports drama. The film centers on a basketball scout currently down on his luck who discovers a once-in-a-lifetime player with a rocky past abroad and elects to bring him to the US without his team's approval. The duo must come together in an effort to prove their worth to the NBA and to themselves.
Alongside Sandler, the cast for Hustle includes Ben Foster, Robert Duvall, Queen Latifah, Juan Hernangómez, Jordan Hull, María Botto, Ainhoa Pillet, Kenny Smith and Kyle Lowry. Development on the film was first announced in early 2020 when Sandler signed on to star and Jeremiah Zagar attached to direct on a script from A Star is Born's Will Fetters and Taylor Materne. Production on Hustle would run from late 2020 to early 2021 and now Netflix is offering the first look at the sports drama.
