Sony hasn't 'stopped' Acquiring company's. Since MS closed Bethesda in March 21, their 'last' acquisition and announced their intention to acquire ABK, Sony has continued adding to their Portfolio.
In 2021, they added Nixxes, Housemarque, Firesprite, Fabrik Games, Bluepoint and Valkyrie Entertainment.
