When it comes to games like Minecraft, pretty much anything is on the table when it comes to making whatever pops into your mind. Whether that be a ridiculously large maze built solely to torture other players, or a working version of the first Legend of Zelda game, you constantly see impressive creations coming out of the game's community. Terraria is a little less concerned with limitless creativity, but that doesn't stop some people from building some truly ridiculous stuff.
For example, take Reddit user EaldorPrime, who has been painstakingly recreating the entirety of Kanto from Pokemon Fire Red for the past couple of months. EaldorPrime shared some of the progress they recently made with the Pokemon subreddit, showing off the stretch of land players traverse when on their way to Mt. Moon from Pewter City.
You know it's going to be a faithful recreation when EaldorPrime has not only rebuilt Kanto, but has also styled their character to look like Ash Ketchum, complete with a Volt Bunny pet following them to complete the look. In this video, EaldorPrime shows themselves walking to Mt. Moon before entering the cave itself, making their way through its winding corridors, all of which have been recreated with impressive detail, to come out on the other side and show off Cerulean City.
EaldorPrime has made this build look deceptively simple, but you'll probably be in awe if you've actually played Terraria for any length of time. For starters, in order to get a top-down view similar to the Pokemon games, EaldorPrime has had to completely plaster the entire world with platforms, and then get enough Echo Coating to make it look like they're walking around on the walls that make up Kanto's land.
Probably the most impressive thing about this whole build is that EaldorPrime claims to have used absolutely no mods in its creation, which is an almost scary level of dedication. You can even check out other areas of Kanto that EaldorPrime has recreated on their YouTube
