While we didn't get a release date for the game just yet, A Plague Tale: Requiem was revealed during the Xbox and Bethesda joint showcase along with a healthy amount of gameplay, showcasing the game's stealth system, combat, and some of Hugo's new rat powers. The game will drop at some point later this year, although the developers didn't provide a specific release date.

While A Plague Tale: Requiem's appearance during the joint Xbox and Bethesda showcase is a nice surprise, it was tipped to appear after the game seemed to have leaked on the UK Xbox Store in March. A listing was found revealing the release date for June 17, and although the date was clearly wwrong, it did give us an indication that A Plague Tale: Requiem was going to be shown off pretty soon. Unfortunately, we don't know when the game will launch, but we'll likely learn more later this year.
