EA could be set to reveal a new racing or flying game soon, based on a fresh Xbox store listing.
On Monday, reliable leaker Aggiornamenti Lumia said a new EA title had been submitted to the Xbox store backend.
They said the new EA game is codenamed ‘Lorem Ipsum 70’ and was submitted under the marketplace’s ‘Racing & flying’ category.
The dataminer regularly reports on listings that are added to the Xbox and Windows stores before they’re made public.
While a racing game from an EA studio like Codemasters would seem a likely bet for the mystery title, it isn’t the soon to be revealed F1 23, which has a different store listing, according to Aggiornamenti Lumia.
F1 2021 and F1 2022 were both released in July, and a teaser website for the next series entry says fans should “stay tuned” for news on the game in the near future.
EA Sports recently announced a partnership with back-to-back and reigning Formula 1 world champion Max Verstappen.
Under the terms of the deal, the Oracle Red Bull Racing driver will collaborate with EA Sports to create content across its portfolio.
Verstappen is also being sponsored by the game publisher, with EA Sports branding appearing on the chin of his race helmet during the F1 2023 season, which started this month.
