Out of the six episodes of A Couple of Cuckoos that have been released thus far, five of them were good, with the last two being especially spectacular. So all things considered, it’s been quite a good run.
On the flip side, it also means the hype for every new episode will be higher than the one before. While that is generally a good thing for the overall popularity of the series, it also means the disappointment will be tremendous if the quality of the new episodes fails to meet the viewers’ expectations. So how does this new episode compare to previous ones? Is it as enjoyable to watch as episode six?
A Couple of Cuckoos Episode 6 Review — Naked and Afraid
There was a lot of great stuff that happened in the previous episode. Let’s start with the most hilarious one. Erika and Hiro planned to visit Erika’s house, the real one, not the one where Erika lives together with Nagi. Thinking that he finally got the entire house for himself, Nagi stripped out of his clothes and walked all over the house buck naked.
Everything turned into chaos when Erika and Hiro suddenly entered the house. Wanting to hide the fact that she lives together with Nagi, Erika tried her best to distract Hiro while Nagi frantically hid all of his stuff while still completely nude. The whole incident was just so hilarious.
After that, Nagi and Erika went to visit Hiro’s house, which was apparently one of the biggest temples in the area. We got to see Hiro helping her parents out as a shrine maiden, and there was also a scene where Nagi got to talk to Hiro about the truth behind her engagement.
