The upcoming cast of 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? has left many 90 Day Fiancé franchise fans disappointed, but viewers are particularly angry that Angela Deem and Big Ed Brown have been cast in more franchise content. Americans Angela and Ed are franchise regulars despite both earning villain status among fans. Many 90 Day Fiancé viewers believe it is wrong of TLC to cast Angela and Big Ed due to their abusive behavior.
Six franchise couples will be featured in the upcoming season of Happily Ever After?, which will premiere at the end of the month. The 90 Day Fiancé spin-off show is known to follow 90 Day Fiancé couples after their marriages to see how their relationships are progressing. While Angela and her husband, Michael Ilesanmi, first appeared on 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days, they joined the cast of 90 Day Fiancé season 8 and married. However, Before the 90 Days alum Big Ed and his American partner, Liz Woods, only appeared on spin-off shows and are not yet married.

While 90 Day Fiancé fans are upset that several of the featured couples do not meet the criteria of Happily Ever After?, there are more reasons why franchise fans are furious. Angela started out as a funny albeit controversial cast member. However, the American grandmother has since become a total franchise villain. Angela has repeatedly demonstrated verbally abusive behavior towards Michael. She even tried to illegally track her husband. Many viewers find that Angela is too problematic to be considered entertaining. Furthermore, she shows no desire to better herself or her relationship.
