Solo Movie Writer Comments On Possible TV Show Sequel
Screenwriter Lawrence Kasdan shares his thoughts on a possible Solo: A Star Wars Story Disney+ sequel series. Kasdan, who previously collaborated with George Lucas on Star Wars: Episode V — The Empire Strikes Back and Star Wars: Episode VI — Return of the Jedi,came back to the franchise to co-write Solowith his son Jonathan. The prequel film was ultimately directed by Ron Howard and saw Alden Ehrenreich step into Harrison Ford's iconic role as a young Han Solo, alongside Donald Glover as Lando Calrissian. The film also starred Woody Harrelson, Emilia Clarke, Thandiwe Newton, Paul Bettany, Phoebe Waller-Bridge, and Joonas Suotamo as Chewbacca.
