Pete «Maverick» Mitchell in Top Gun: Maverick, a sequel 36 years in the making, which has gone on to become a box office behemoth. Teller plays Lt. Bradley «Rooster» Bradshaw in the film, the son of Maverick's former rear pilot, Nick «Goose» Bradshaw (played by Anthony Edwards), who was killed in the first Top Gun.
