However, that increase is shadowed by the massive reductions at the level 1-9 and 31-60 range. In absolute terms, in Dragonflight you will only need 2.1m XP to reach level 60, instead of the 4.85m required in Shadowlands, a 56.9% reduction of total required experience.
On top of these changes, data also shows that Chromie Time now has no penalty from levels 51-60, range which nowadays has a 89% penalty in Chromie Time.
