Zack Snyder is moving from superheroes and zombies to the depths of space for his next project. Now, Snyder is already comparing his upcoming epic, Rebel Moon, to his own Man of Steel.

Delving deeper into his upcoming sci-fi epic for Netflix, Snyder noted that there will be elements very reminiscent of his work on the DCEU's first entry, Man of Steel. Released in 2013, Man of Steel offered a modernized and more serious take on Superman, opening with the destruction of Krypton.
