Xbox Giving Away Custom Ms. Marvel Series S Console
Many limited edition consoles have been produced for specific game releases or for competition winners. Most of these custom productions will see the console adorned with a design representing the game, while others go the extra mile by etching the design into the console with a laser or even reshaping the console itself like with the Far Cry 6 themed Xbox Series X.
Some limited edition and competition consoles may now be worth thousands of dollars depending on how appealing the design was and how rare that version of the console is. Since the release of the Xbox Series X and S in 2020, Xbox has made many special editions for both consoles to promote upcoming games.
Ms. Marvel Character Posters Reveal New Look At The Main Cast
Xbox is not limited to promoting video games through special console giveaways, however, as the latest limited edition Xbox Series S design is themed around Marvel’s next Disney Plus show, Ms. Marvel. Fans have a chance to win this console by following Xbox on Twitter and then retweeting its giveaway post. This is a type of giveaway Xbox runs quite frequently through its Twitter account, and recently 12 custom Lego Star Wars Xbox Series S consoles were given away for Star Wars day.
The Xbox Series S is covered in the key art style for the Ms. Marvel Disney Plus show, with colorful images indicative of the main character, Kamala Khan, as well as the comic book origins of the series. There is also a crystaline element to the Xbox design which can be seen on the character's fist and the right grip of the matching controller. This appears to be a visual redesign for Ms. Marvel’s powers that is new for the Disney Plus show and can also be seen in the show’s trailer.
