With Shadowlands wrapping up, World of Warcraft fans are looking towards the future of Azeroth. Some World of Warcraft players have explored quests and files on the Public Test Realm for the upcoming 9.2.5 patch and discovered a continuation of the Blood Elf Heritage Quest that seems to be everything players have asked for.
Heritage Armor Questlines were introduced inBattle for Azeroth, with Blood Elves being one of the first races to get one. These quests not only explored the history and background of the WoW races, but provided unique, race-specific armor and cosmetics for players to collect, leading them to become some of the most popular side quests in the game.

The new quests discovered by World of Warcraft players seems to be a continuation of the first Blood Elf Heritage Questline. Blood Elf players are called to Silvermoon to aid the leaders of the Sin’dorei —Liadrin, Lor’themar, Rommath, and Aethas— in a battle against a vampiric San’layn who seeks to control the now-masterless Scourge who ravage the Ghostlands. To defeat him, players will need a special weapon, and must travel around the various realms of the Shadowlands to get it.
In addition to the questline, a new Blood Knight-themed armor set and hawkstrider mount were datamined from the Shadowlands PTR, which are likely to be the rewards for the quest chain. So far, only the Dark Iron Dwarves have a similar questline in the Public Test Realm. Fans are hoping all the races, including those who haven’t had Heritage Questlines yet, will get quests and cosmetics of their own.
