Snikt, Snikt! Wolverine is coming back to Fortnite and this time he’s got a whole new look. Epic Games has added a new skin for Wolverine in its popular battle royale game. Instead of the iconic yellow suit, the claw-wielding mutant is sporting an eye patch, a revealing v-neck, and a sword.
Unlike other skins in the free-to-play game, players won’t find the new Wolverine skin in a special event or the in-game shop. Instead, it is only available through Fortnite Crew, Epic Games’ monthly subscription service. The service, which will set you back $11.99 a month, gives members a bundle of cosmetic goods for the game. This includes a limited-edition Back Bling and Pickaxe, as well as a skin.

Along with the eye-patch skin, Crew members will receive the Muramasa Blade Back Bling and Pickaxe to complete the look. Plus, members get access to the Best Fight You Ever Had loading screen and the monthly 1,000 free V-Bucks.
Wolverine’s new look is inspired by the Marvel and Fortnite comic series, Fortnite x Marvel: Zero Wars. These comics tell a new story involving the heroes of the Marvel Universe within the world of Fortnite. Plus, each issue offers exclusive digital codes for in-game items. While the third issue of the comic book series offers a code for a Wolverine-themed pickaxe, Epic Games assures players that it is not the same as the one gained in this month’s Crew pack. As with other Crew bundles, the items are completely exclusive to members.
