All of the focus may be on Apex Legends Season 12: Defiance right now, but that's not stopping most fans from wondering what Respawn has planned next for their beloved battle royale game in the next season. The recently-revealed Season 13: Saviors will bring plenty of balance changes, a fresh character named Newcastle, new events, and more--but when can we expect to dive in?
Apex Legends seasons run for three months each to allow for a total of four seasons per year, and Respawn has announced that fans will be able to dive into Season 13 on May 10. Of course, that date is barring an unexpected delay that could arise for any number of reasons. Season delays have happened in the past, so it's not completely out of the question, but it remains an unlikely scenario.

New character Newcastle is set to bring more defensive abilities to the game's meta by shielding allies and defending positions. In addition, he's also popular character Bangalore's brother, adding a new depth to the existing lore.
Season 13 will also make some updates to Apex Legends' Ranked mode and bring some changes to its newest map Storm Point, though explicit details remain somewhat scarce at the moment.
As for now, Season 12 will continue to barrel forward with plenty of stuff to unlock in its battle pass. Act fast, though, if you want to finish it up and get the most out of the premium track, as May 10 isn't too far away.
