In Amazon’s The Wheel of Time show, Logain Ablar (Álvaro Morte) likely knows that Rand al’Thor (Josha Stradowksi) is the true Dragon Reborn. Before being gentled by Liandrin (Kate Fleetwood) and the Aes Sedai, Logain was convinced that he himself was the reincarnation of the Dragon. And while he did stand revealed as a false Dragon, there’s a good chance that he was able to glean the truth before anyone else in the series.
While some Aes Sedai had reason to suspect that Logain was powerful enough to be the real Dragon Reborn, Moiraine (Rosamund Pike) turned out to be right about him. As she believed all along, Lews Therin Telamon actually reincarnated into one of the villagers she took from the Two Rivers. In Wheel of Time season 1’s penultimate episode, Rand figured out that he was the Dragon Reborn, the hero destined to defeat the Dark One and ultimately bring about another Breaking of the World. And although he was one of Moiraine’s original five candidates, Rand being the one she was looking for was not the revelation she was expecting. As Rand pointed out, Moiraine seemed to believe that Egwene (Madeline Madden) was the Dragon Reborn instead.

It's worth noting that one character in particular may have put the pieces together before both Rand and Moiraine. In Wheel of Time episode 5, a caged Logain was seen laughing in the direction of Mat (Barney Harris) and Rand while being paraded through the streets of Tar Valon. The way the scene was framed gave the impression that his attention was on Mat, but that was clearly a misdirect used by the show to hide its Dragon Reborn reveal.
