Hey Yo. Welcome to Whatcha Been Playing? I hope that the week has treated you all as well as can be hoped, and that the coming weekend will offer you all the opportunity for some rest, some fun, and some lovin’ (whether of the physical or spiritual sense). For those of you who have ended the working week, get some well-earned R ‘n’ R, but for those of you who continue to feel the sting of work, I hope it passes smoothly. Be sure to find yourself the small victories in whatever time you’re able, for you have earned it too. It’s great to see you all tuning in once again, this little soiree means as much to me as it does to you.

I’m still inundated right now. Inundated with life. Inundated with work. Inundated with gaming. I’ve been bouncing between three specific titles: The boomeriffic Shadow Warrior 3, the kaiju-tastic Dawn of the Monsters, and the cyber-kinetic Ghostrunner. My bust PC from last week has unfortunately caught me on the back foot, couple that with my bust brain and you have a recipe for chaos. Still, the world keeps twirling, and with it I shall too twirl. At least until I get too dizzy. Then I’ll stop. And then I’ll throw up… I don’t know where I’m going with this analogy.

But now, it’s over to you, the glorious community of Destructoid. Before you get to your own twirling, I want to see y’all dive into the comments and fill us in on Whatcha Been Playing? Is it still Elden Ring? It’s probably still Elden Ring. But heck, there are lots ‘n’ lots of other wicked titles out in video game land right now, and I know that you’re playing them.
