The TLC star has become a fashion icon to many, especially after making it clear she is not worried about what others think. Moriah's upbringing under Barry and Kim Plath's strict rules was not easy for the self-proclaimed black sheep of the family. The parents homeschooled their kids and banned TV and junk food. Their computer usage was also extremely limited, so they didn't have very much experience with the internet. Immediately, Moriah stood out to viewers as she made a show of distancing herself from the rest of the Plaths. With the help of her sister-in-law, Olivia Plath, Moriah became more secure in her style and has never looked back. Still, Moriah isn't afraid to show off her past with throwback photos.
