Cyberpunk 2077 being a little buggy is hardly news at this point. However, what is astounding is that new glitches are still being discovered, over a year and several patches later. The latest to be documented is a strange slow-motion effect straight out of The Matrix, causing enemies to randomly slow down mid-combat.
This bug appears to be caused by the enemy crouching as they are attacked. In the video that documents the glitch, a player begins shooting an NPC, and everything plays out
