Games like God of War, Marvel’s Spider-Man, The Last of Us Part 2, and Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End all launched as PS4 exclusives.
The PS4 also features a relatively simple UI. One row displayed all the games in a straight line, while another consisted of various OS-level operations, such as party chat, messages, and a list of downloads. Players can easily switch between the rows to go to their desired menu or game, and the PS5’s UI seems to be a more complex version of the ideas that were generated during the PS4 generation. However, one PlayStation fan recently encountered a funny bug with the console.

In a recent post on Reddit, a user named csakif25__ shared an image from one of the PS4’s menus. It looks like the player was trying to create a new group with their friends, but the PS4 system mentioned that all selected users were already in a group together. The user is prompted to select a group from a list, and they noticed that the date listed on the right says January 1, 1970. The original PlayStation came out in Japan in 1994, so this absurd date is set 24 years before PS1's launch.
The player jokingly mentions in the post’s title that they remember playing Grand Theft Auto with their friends in 1970.
