Vivo has just expanded its popular Y-series lineup with the launch of the Vivo Y21A in India. The smartphone packs a 5000mAh battery, 18W fast charging. In optics, it comes with a dual-camera setup with a 13MP primary sensor. To be sure, the phone is an upgrade over the previous smartphone of the same Y-series lineup, which is the Vivo Y20A. Vivo Y21A has been priced at Rs. 13,990 on launch. The phone offers 4GB+64GB storage and Extended RAM 2.0 that makes use of up to 1GB idle ROM space. The new Vivo Y21A will be available in two colour variants - Midnight Blue and Diamond Glow on Vivo India’s e-store and across all partner retail stores from today.
Vivo Y21A features a 6.51-inch HD+ Halo display with in-cell technology along with an additional Eye Protection Mode, which filters out blue light. Vivo Y21A measures 8mm in thickness and weighs 182 grams. The Vivo Y21A is powered by Android 11 with the operating system of Funtouch OS 11.1 and the octa-core MediaTek Helio P22 SoC processor. It comes with a 5000mAh battery along with an 18W fast charging option. The special feature of Vivo Y21A is that it offers reverse charging that will turn your smartphone into a power bank.
Additionally, it features a side fingerprint sensor and face wake option to unlock the phone quickly. The new addition to the Vivo Y21A is the Ultra Game Mode with 4D game vibrations, do not disturb mode and Esports mode.
