Vivo is reportedly planning to launch its Vivo V25 series of smartphones soon in India. The lineup is likely to comprise two models- vanilla Vivo V25 and the Vivo V25 Pro. Both the handsets are speculated to be priced under Rs. 40,000. Though the exact launch date is yet to be revealed, both devices have appeared in the Google Play Console database with key specifications and their front images. The vanilla model will reportedly arrive with a flat AMOLED display with a teardrop notch while Vivo V25 Pro is likely to feature a FHD+ 3D AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. Both phones are expected to have an in-screen fingerprint scanner. Under the hood, the handsets will be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 1300 processor paired with 8GB/12GB RAM and 128GB/256GB internal storage. It will further run Android 12 OS with the FunTouch OS custom skin on top.
The report further suggests that the upcoming Vivo V25 Pro will ship with a triple rear camera setup, including a 64MP main camera with OIS (Optical Image Stabilization) support and a Super Night mode. The secondary (ultra-wide) camera on the rear panel will offer EIS (Electronic Image Stabilization).
At the front, the Vivo V25 Pro is tipped to come with a 32 MP selfie shooter with an Eye AutoFocus. Additionally, the Vivo V25 Pro is said to feature 66W fast charging support.
On the design front, the Vivo V25 Pro is tipped to come with a color-changing technology with a Fluorite AG glass on the back. This means the device will change color when exposed to sunlight or UV radiation.
