Most powerful Android phone this year in India, you ask? AnTuTu recently listed the top 10 Android smartphones that scored the highest on its test, including all the global models. And surprisingly, it wasn't the Galaxy S22 Ultra 5G. Vivo X80 5G topped this list, powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9000 processor.
The Vivo X80 5G scored 10,01,400 points, defeating the Moto Edge 30 Pro by some considerable margin, which itself managed to score 9,91,703points. The third place was secured by another Vivo smartphone, the Vivo X80 Pro, which is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor. The top 10 smartphones on this list are all powered by either Snapdragon 888, Snapdragon 8 Gen1 or the MediaTek Dimensity processor. No Exynos smartphone is seen anywhere on this list.
The rest of the spots were taken up by the Xiaomi 12 Pro 5G with 9,85,527 points, Realme GT2 Pro 5G with 9,48,587 AnTuTu points and the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra 5G with 9,15,283 points, rounding up the top 6.
Unsurprisingly, the Snapdragon 8 Gen1 chipset has dominated the smartphones in the top 10 rankings with 7 smartphones powered by the highly powerful chipset.
The other smartphones on the list include Samsung Galaxy S22+ 5G with 8,91,714 points, Realme GT 5G with 8,33,358 points, iQOO 9 SE 5G with 8,30,877 points and the Samsung Galaxy S22 5G with 8,13,961 points.
