While the story and the flow of gameplay are very linear, the ending of Valkyrie Elysium is less so. While most of what determines the ending is based on what Valkyrie Elysium players do in Chapter 9, the path to the true ending can only be accessed by collecting all nine of the Verdant Blossoms.
While they may look very similar to the Hollow Blossoms that can be found throughout the game, Verdant Blossoms are different because their messages can't be read until all nine have been collected. So for players interested in seeing the true ending, here is where the Verdant Blossoms can be found.

Verdant Blossoms only start appearing from Chapter 3 onward, so none of them can be found in the demo. They can be seen on the map as small fiery green dots. The first one is encountered near the first save point by the bridge.
It is in the middle of the bridge, so it is fairly easy to find. Picking it up triggers a brief cutscene, and then players will be able to move forward once it is done. The second Verdant Blossom is found roughly halfway through Chapter 3 after killing all the enemies in the chapel.
Before speaking to Armand in the side room, Valkyrie Elysium players should turn around and go up the flight of stairs. After carefully navigating the limited floor space, players will want to check the rooms on the second floor.
In one room, there is a treasure chest, and in the other room, there is the Verdant Blossom. If players happen to miss a Verdant Blossom, they can replay that Chapter to get it.
