Her job is to assign quests to guild members and give information about the area. Fans claim that they've never seen Katheryne leave her booth, which makes the glitch even more special. Multiple replies in the comment section jokingly claim that Katheryne is unable to place her furniture as the Serenitea Pot feature in Genshin Impact is still under maintenance.
