Sony announced earlier this year that its upcoming expanded remaster of Until Dawn is going to release this fall, and though a specific release date has yet to be announced, it seems the it’s making steady progress behind the scenes as it moves closer to its launch window.
Spotted by @Wario64 on Twitter, the upcoming Until Dawn remaster has been rated by the ESRB, unsurprisingly with an M for Mature rating. Age ratings for games generally tend to happen in the final stages of development and close to release, so this likely suggests that Until Dawn is on track for its release later this year.
Of course, that leaves the question of when exactly Sony will announce its release date, but presumably, if the game is indeed coming this fall as planned, we should be hearing more in the coming weeks. Stay tuned for more updates.
Whenever it launches, Until Dawn will be available on PS5 and PC. On PC, it will require a PSN account.
