That's why it's come as such a shock that Twitch's Adin Ross appears to have been indefinitely suspended from the platform. While Ross has had a controversial time on Twitch, undeniably, Ross himself has been an increasingly popular content creator. His ban has already been met with confusion and frustration, including from Ross himself.
As is standard policy for Twitch when it issues a punishment to a streamer, the specific act that has led to Adin Ross' permanent ban has not been confirmed — even to Ross himself. In a now-deleted message on Twitter, the streamer shared the email that he received from Twitch regarding his ban. Twitch's provided reasoning for banning Ross is listed under the umbrella of «Hateful Slurs or Symbols» which were shared live on stream or in a VOD.
