Chapter 6 of Trek to Yomifeatures a total of thirteen hidden Collectables, including ten Artifacts, two Stamina Upgrades, and one Health Upgrade. The first Artifact is Yutsu-Tsuma-Gushi and can be found near a pile of skulls to the left of the first checkpoint in the chapter. Next, after an extensive series of combat encounters and a puzzle in Trek to Yomi, players will teleport to a third area. Climb up the ledge on the path and investigate the item in the bottom right corner near a patch of grass to acquire the first Stamina Upgrade. Within the same area, visit the grim skull-covered shrine on the left to find a bowl of Maggots, the second Artifact.
The third Artifact of Chapter 6 is Ebikazura Grapes, located on a stone next to the checkpoint before the second puzzle. Adventurers will find the fourth Artifact, the Thunder Drum, atop the rafters in the desolate house to the left of the massive, dragon-like skull. Ookamuduminomikoto is Chapter 6's fifth Artifact and can be found atop a small crate nearby an obelisk shrine. Players can recognize they've arrived at this Artifact's location by Hiroki's scripted phrase in Trek to Yomi, «This world crumbles like worm-eaten wood.»

Totsuka-No-Tsurugi, the sixth Artifact, can be found in a similar manner to the fifth. The object sits atop a small crate beside a tree near another obelisk placed between two buildings. Trek to Yomi fans can discover the seventh Artifact, Naginata Tip, atop an overturned carriage, located in the area past a flaming torii gate. The second Stamina Upgrade in Chapter 6 can be found on a box in front of a tree directly to the right of Naginata Tip's location.
