THQ has just unveiled Space for Sale, an all-new survival simulator with a cutesy No Man's Sky aesthetic and Don't Starve-like hook.

The first goal we see is, "Find the rare blue plant for the client." So as you set up outposts to sell between the material gathering trips, you'll be on the lookout for rare alien fauna to sell to your clients. Outposts are started by building mailboxes and a plot which you then fill with furniture and living space. You can then connect generators to power lines to give your plot some juice, powering up all the gadgets you place.
Then you can plop down lights, rocket lawnchairs, wind visualisers, and more. These will appear as blue holographic outlines that you can finish with the right materials, bringing them to life. And every now and then, you'll get a Facetime from an alien pal about your mortgage and debt. Think of them as an intergalactic Tom Nook.
Finding a blue plant isn't the only quest. In the footage THQ shared alone, we see the player tasked with constructing and selling their first plot and crossing the lava canyon. All the while, you'll be filling up your codex on the creatures, tools, kits, gadgets, special items, raw materials, and components you find, as well as information about the world itself.
