Square Enix has finally made a statue of Cloud in a dress from the Honeybee Inn chapter of Final Fantasy 7 Remake.
Final Fantasy 7 Remake is full of iconic scenes and characters, but there's no part of the game that's perhaps as iconic as Chapter 9, The Town That Never Sleeps, which sees Cloud and Aerith working together to rescue Tifa. In the process, Cloud and Aerith must both dress up as candidates to work for Don Corneo, which involves Cloud wearing one of several different dresses and absolutely nailing it.

It's one of the best moments in the whole game and an iconic moment for Cloud and Aerith's relationship. Despite this popularity, there's not been any merchandise from the chapter made available in the two years since Remake's release. That is, until now, as Square Enix has revealed a new set of Final Fantasy 7 Remake merchandise, the best of which includes Cloud in his Honeybee Inn attire.
As reported by Dengeki, there are two different versions of the Honeybee Inn Cloud figures. One is the Static Arts version, which is a static statue that can't be moved, and the other is a Bring Arts figure that can be posed and comes with different accessories. Both the Static Arts figure and Bring Arts figure will cost 19,580 yen each, or around $141 dollars.
Interestingly, this seems to canonise which dress Cloud wears in the Honeybee Inn scene. For those who don't know, players can have Cloud, Aerith, and Tifa wear different dresses depending on the player's actions, with each one getting a different reaction from the surrounding characters. These two figures imply that Cloud's canon dress is the one that takes the most effort
