Even though The Legend of Korra ended back in 2014, the Avatar: The Last Airbender franchise has been alive and well in many fans' hearts. So much so, in fact, that it seems newAvatar movies are in the works and there are several games tied to the franchise too. In fact, a mobile RPG called Avatar: Generations has recently been released in select territories.
However, it doesn't seem to be the only game Avatar: The Last Airbender fans will get this year. Not to get the two confused, it seems a new unannounced game set in the franchise will release later this year. Its size and scope are unknown, but for many fans, it could very well prove to be one of their personal most anticipated games of 2022, once officially announced.

As reported by VGC, a new listing on Amazon Japan details a currently unannounced game set in the Avatar world, though details about its contents are not available. It seems to be titled Avatar The Last Airbender: Quest for Balance, which would suggest it takes place during the time of the titular show, and is set to release on PS4 and PS5 on November 8. This is the same release date as Skull and Bones, and it's a day before God of War Ragnarok. Generally speaking, this wouldn't be the best time to release a new game, but nostalgia sells. It's not like Avatar is going to be an exact competitor with these either way.
Furthermore, the listing states that the publisher is GameMill Entertainment, which does focus on licensed IP. Perhaps the most well-known of its recent releases is Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl, but since it didn't review very well, that may not be the biggest vote of confidence for the upcoming Avatar: The Last
