The Last of Us Part 1 update 1.02 is available to download now. The update comes with many fixes that should improve the experience for players as they continue their The Last of Us journey.
Even though there were not many bugs to complain about in the remake, there were still a few small ones, such as a The Last of Us Part 1 bug that creates a massive pool of blood below Joel, and a certain puzzle prompt in the University section of the game that was missing and would subsequently force players to adjust accessibility options in order to move past the puzzle. However, with the recent 1.02 update, some problems pertaining to certain glitches have been addressed by Naughty Dog.

According to the developer website, patch 1.02 is now live and fixes issues surrounding level geometry, photo mode, adjustments to the fidelity mode setting to target 30 fps, as well as removing the requirement for VRR when it comes to unlocked frame rates in fidelity mode. The descriptions of performance and fidelity mode have also been updated to better reflect what those settings encompass for easier understanding, and an audio mix and lighting issue has been fixed that would occur in the final chapter. This list of major fixes to the game adds to the already impressive list of improvements to The Last of Us Part 1.
Some of the more minor fixes pertaining to the update consist of an optional conversation in Pittsburgh Financial Plaza that would not trigger. Fixes were made to the water splash FX, issues with text and screen readers in the main menu, an issue with the credits that were flipped in the mirror world modifier, and a bug where characters were missing facial
