An image from The Boysseason 3 reveals a new look at Soldier Boy in 1945. Developed by Eric Kripke, The Boys is based on the comic book series of the same name written by Garth Ennis and illustrated by Darick Robertson. Amazon Prime Video's hit adaptation follows the titular team of vigilantes led by Billy Butcher who resist the powerful and corrupt corporation known as Vought International and their lineup of Compound V-enhanced superheroes who often abuse their abilities for the sake of evil.
Led by Homelander, Vought's official superhero team known as «the Seven» also includes Starlight, Queen Maeve, A-Train, The Deep, and Black Noir. Since losing some members throughout the course of the series, such as Translucent during season 1 and Stormfront in season 2, the superhero team is set to welcome a newcomer in season 3, premiering on June 3. There have already been a few looks at Supernatural star Jensen Ackles in The Boys, who makes his debut in season 3 as Soldier Boy, one of Vought's original superheroes.
