Someone seems to have been right in the middle of an Apex Legends tournament when their connection was cut, resulting in what could have been a very easy victory for their opponent. But their opponent refused to finish them off even despite a $2 million prize pool. The player in question, ImperialHal, has been basking in the praise ever since. "Don’t shoot him. Don't shoot him, bro! He's crashed,” ImperialHal told his squadmates. Kudos.
The player taking part in a Super Smash Bros. tournament known as Hungrybox apparently chose to attend the event after having vomited blood, attracting all sorts of ire from the community in the process. “It goes without saying I did a super fuck up today. And it was incredibly selfish of me,” Hungrybox later apologized. “It was clear I was sick in some respect. Deciding to play or even go to the venue was a massive mistake.” Let’s hope not.
