Looks like people just can’t get enough of a DC project when Zack Snyder is involved. The most recent episode of Teen Titans Go!, which features the Justice League director, is proving that with some high ratings. In fact, some data for the episode shows it is currently considered one of the greatest episodes of TV of all time.
This past week, Cartoon Network aired the 365th episode of the long-running Teen Titans Go!. In the episode, the titular heroes want to make their milestone episode as epic as possible. This leads them to Zach Snyder’s office in the hopes that the director can give the team a “Snyder Cut”. Here, an animated Snyder offers some self-deprecating humor as he leans into his often remarked upon loud personality.

The episode is proving to be a hit among fans as it is receiving some great reviews. According to the Twitter account @CNschedules, the episode is rated 10.0/10.0 on IMDb. This perfect score means that it is tied with Breaking Bad’s “Ozymandias” as the greatest episode of television of all time. That is some big praise for an 11-minute animated show.
To give a little perspective on this remarkable feat, Breaking Bad’s “Ozymandias” episode is considered a masterpiece for the way years of plot threads culminated successfully. It would go on to win the Primetime Emmy for best screenplay, as well as acting Emmys for Bryan Cranston and Anna Gunn.
While I don’t think the Teen Titans Go! episode is being praised for the same reasons, it is clear people enjoy Zack Snyder and his involvement in the DCEU. After all, they did get his four hour-long version of Justice League released.
