Stardew Valley has a wide range of lovable NPCs currently living in Pelican Town. Penny is a popular woman due to the fact that she is a lovable bookworm and helps to educate the younger kids in town. Despite her not-so-great home life, she works hard to get along with her mother, Pam, and does her best to take care of her home. These are all excellent qualities that draw many farmers in.
