Chleb and Kathryn started dating in July of 2020, and during Southern Charm season 8, many of Kathryn's fellowcastmates began to grow suspicious that she had only started the relationship in an effort to improve her image following the racial scandal in May. The couple moved into their first home in April 2021 but split in November.
