Sonic Frontiers gets a new story trailer and confirmed release date
A new Sonic Frontiers trailer has been published and the game’s release date has been confirmed.
The story trailer below premiered during Gamescom Opening Night Live on Tuesday.
Sega has also confirmed a recently leaked November 8, 2022 release date for the game.
“A mysterious stranger, a wondrous new land,” reads the official trailer description. “In search of the missing Chaos Emeralds, Sonic becomes stranded on an island teeming with unusual creatures.
“Wield the power of the ancients as you battle hordes of powerful enemies on your path to uncovering the mysteries hidden across the Starfall Islands. Join Sonic and save the inhabitants from this colossal, mechanized threat!”
Sonic Frontiers will be available for Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, PS5, PS4, Switch and PC, and Sega has said it’s targeting high review scores for the game.
