The Saturday on the doubly long Easter weekend is always a bit of a funny one, I find. It’s the odd one out from a secular perspective, after a bank holiday on Friday, and before the main event of chocolate and egg hunts on Sunday and then another bank holiday on the Monday. It’s just this kind of strangely regular Saturday in the middle of it all.
While you contemplate this meaningless shower thought, let’s crack on with a round-up of the week in gaming.

Aran returned to one of the best narrative games of last year, delving into the new DLC addition Citizen Sleeper Episode Purge. It’s well worth the effort, in his opinion.
Looking to some future releases, Dom went hands on with Advance Wars 1+2: Re-Boot Camp, loving to see a return of this tactical franchise, but also feeling a tad confused by the remake in places. By contrast, Jason found himself falling for the early access game Ravenswatch, with its blend of dark fantasy, roguelike and co-op gaming.
Meanwhile, I dipped a toe into PS+ monthly game Meet Your Maker to see what Behaviour Interactive’s asynchronous raiding and building game is like
And to round things out for the week, What We Played featured Meet Your Maker and Resident Evil 4.
