With Season 3 right around the corner for Call of Duty: Warzone, big changes are on the way. As expected, the upcoming season will bring about a new multiplayer map, new game modes, new operators added to the already expansive Warzone roster, as well as other balance updates and bug fixes. However, the biggest change in Season 3 will be the inclusion of monsters like King Kong and Godzilla, who are arriving inside of Warzone during Operation Monarch.
Although players have certainly gotten used to major changes coming inside of each season and its Reloaded update during the halfway point, Call of Duty: Warzone is always changing thanks to it being a live service game. Patches and various updates are nearly a weekly event, bringing about welcome bug fixes or possibly introducing a nerf to a popular Warzone weapon or item. Unfortunately, not every change made is a welcome one with the community, especially a recent update made to loadouts and loadout drops during matches.

Last week, Raven Software made a few tweaks to loadout drops, which gives players who capture the falling cargo a chance to alter their loadout for free, rather than spending money to call one in at a buy station. Loadouts in Warzone have been criticized plenty in the past and the latest is just another in a long line of frustrations. The latest update made it so these loadout drops happen much sooner during a match, though the timing has left many in the community feeling frustrated due to the behavior it can create very early on.
