Activision Blizzard released Call of Duty: Vanguard last year, and since then the game has received updates that include new maps, guns, and skins on top of adjustments made to existing content. One addition coming to both Call of Duty: Vanguard and Call of Duty: Warzone in the near future is Snoop Dogg.
The Call of Duty Twitter account shared a clip today teasing the release of Snoop Dog to Call of Duty: Vanguard and the free-to-play battle royale, Call of Duty: Warzone. The clip begins by showing a pair of dog tags falling into view engulfed in smoke and many small sparks accompanied by a light cough and familiar voice saying «damn!» After bouncing a few times, the dog tags show a number underneath the words Vanguard and Warzone that infers the Snoop Dogg content will be added to both games on April 19.

Music enthusiasts will recognize Snoop Dogg from his rapping career, but lately, the star is streaming games like Madden NFL 22 to a Twitch audience that extends beyond his hip hop fans in his free time. Joining the Call of Duty: Vanguard and Warzone roster isn't the first time that Snoop Dogg has gotten involved with the Call of Duty franchise, as he has provided his voice for Call of Duty: Ghosts add-on content in the past. Call of Duty fans that purchase this voice pack DLC will have their multiplayer games narrated by the popular rapper just as Ice Cube's voice graced the Call of Duty: Black Ops multiplayer.
