SNL boss, Lorne Michaels, has said that he’s considering retirement from NBC's legendary sketch comedy series – but not until the show's season 50. Though he’s never been known for being a stand-up comedian or actor, Michaels has long since established himself as one of the few true comedy aficionados, having brought SNL from its infancy to a true powerhouse of fresh comedic talent, launching the careers of numerous stars in the process.
