Vulthuryol can be found within the ancient underground capital city of the Dwemer, Blackreach. Within the fantastical caverns of Blackreach, players must enter the Debate Hall to find an ominous yellow orb above it. In order to summon Vulthuryol, players must use the Unrelenting Force dragon shout on the orb, which will see Vulthuryol enter the area in an initially passive state. Should they wish, players can take advantage of this passive state to sit back and witness Vulthuryol indiscriminately attack all the other hostile enemies in the area, before fighting the beast themselves.
