Unreal Engine 5 Train Scene Recreated in Dreams
P.T., the playable teaser for Konami's Silent Hills, released nearly eight years ago, but that hasn't stopped fans from imagining what could have been. One such fan shared their efforts to create a real game based off of the P.T. Silent Hills teaser within Dreams, and the progress they've made over the last two years is impressive.
Redditor DrJones20 took to the platform to share the graphical improvements they've made since their first efforts to recreate the game. The efforts are far from a waste of time. The side-by-side video demonstrates exactly how scenes have evolved over the years since Dreams' release, revealing more detailed character models, environments, and atmospheric lighting. While it's not a perfect match to the actual teaser, especially once Norman Reedus came into focus in the teaser's tag, it's very impressive to see how faithfully DrJones20 was able to recreate Silent Hill's scenes from the teaser that set the internet on fire.
