The Letterkenny spinoff series, Shoresy, debuts a teaser trailer. Letterkenny is a Canadian sitcom highlighting the lives of quick-witted small-town folks, centering on Jared Keeso's Wayne. Aside from starring in Letterkenny, Keeso created the series, serves as executive producer, and plays the minor role of Shoresy, a foul-mouthed hockey player known for his insults. Over the course of the series, Shoresy's face is never seen, generally being obscured or filmed from behind, with Keeso providing the character's voice. Shoresy became a fan-favorite character, and after ten seasons, he will be featured in his own self-titled series.
The trailer for Shoresy, which was shared on YouTube by Letterkenny Problems, gives a quick glimpse at the new series. Season 10 of Letterkenny saw Shoresy heading north to join the ranks of a senior hockey team, which appeared to be a sad farewell for a character audiences adored. However, Shoresy's departure was merely to set up his spinoff series. Keeso is reprising the role, with the trailer for Shoresy being the first time his face is seen as the character. Those familiar with the comedic stylings of Letterkenny will likely know what to expect from Shorsey, and further details will be forthcoming as the series approaches release.
