At some point during this past week, a hotfix was pushed that removed server names from chats when grouping with cross-realm players. This change has had some likely unintended consequences, as players are now having issues with sending whispers, some addons are having problems communicating, and players have found themselves unable to report players from other realms.
WhispersWhen trying to whisper someone by clicking their name in chat, the game will now try to send a message to that character name in your realm instead of filling in 'name-realm' like before. Right-clicking their portrait will still work.

Addon authors need to update their addons to reflect this change; otherwise addons like WeakAuras, DBM, and BigWigs won't be able to communicate with one another when players are from different realms.
Reporting PlayersWith this change, when trying to report a player in chat by right-clicking report in chat, it will try to report the player as if they were on your realm, causing wrong reports.
