Samsung has finally unveiled its much-awaited new foldable phones today! As expected, the Samsung Galaxy Fold Z 4 and Samsung Galaxy Flip Z 4 have been launched during the Samsung Galaxy Unpacked Event and besides these, the new Galaxy Watch 5 and Galaxy Buds 2 Pro too have been unveiled during the event. The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4 offers a similar design to its predecessor but comes with some key improvements. The new Samsung foldable gets the new Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset, featuring a large 7.6-inch AMOLED primary display with a maximum 120Hz of refresh rate. Plus, a 6.2-inch AMOLED secondary display.
As far as cameras are concerned, Samsung made some big changes here while including a new 50MP main camera sensor along with a 12MP ultra-wide and 10MP telephoto lens with 3 times optical zoom. It also supports Samsung S pen. The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4 prices start from $1,799.
The Galaxy Z Flip 4 looks a lot like its predecessor Galaxy Z Flip 3 however, Samsung announced some major upgrades for this new 'Flip' phone. Just like the Galaxy Z Fold, it gets the latest Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset. which is an upgrade from the Snapdragon 888 on the previous Galaxy Z Flip 3. Moreover, it gets a larger 3700mAh battery with 25W wired charging support. And it gets an IP67 rating for water and dust resistance too!
