Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 series launched in India: Check price, specs, other details
Samsung has announced the Galaxy Tab S8 series in India after its global release. The Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra is available in 12GB+256GB storage and is priced at Rs. 1,08,999 for the Wi-Fi variant and Rs. 1,22,999 for 5G variant. The tablet comes with a 14.6-inch AMOLED display and 120Hz refresh rate with thin bezels at 6.3mm. It is protected by an Aluminum frame. It is equipped with dual 12MP front cameras with auto-framing technology. Powered by a 4nm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset, Galaxy Tab S8 series is said to deliver good performance for lag-free gaming, or multitasking.
According to the company, Galaxy Tab S8 series is also the first Galaxy tablet to support Wi-Fi 6E for a hyperfast and secure network connectivity. The Galaxy Tab S8 series supports 45W super-fast charging that doubles as a portable charger for Galaxy smartphones. Samsung has partnered with Google to enhance video calling and live sharing experience for users with Google Duo.
The Galaxy Tab S8 can also be turned into a portable second monitor with touchscreen capabilities for Galaxy PCs for side-by-side multitasking. The Galaxy Tab S8 series is protected by Samsung’s industry Knox Vault platform. Also, for the first time ever on a Galaxy tablet, Samsung has introduced the Samsung Health app to keep track of your fitness routine, the company informed.
