Joe Manganiello has officially been added to the upcoming movie, The Kill Room, joining Samuel L. Jackson and Uma Thurman. The comedic thriller film will see a hitman who accidentally becomes an overnight sensation in the art world following a money-laundering scheme that seems to take a different turn than originally planned. It was previously announced that Jackson would be taking on the role of the hitman’s boss, along with Thurman portraying a sneaky art dealer. There was formerly no word on who would be taking on the role of the contract killer turned overnight avant-garde sensation, until now.
Actor Joe Manganiello has officially joined the insane cast of the upcoming movie The Kill Room, as he will be taking on the role of the hitman, via Deadline. The dark comedy film is keeping the remainder of the cast close to the chest, but will begin filming soon in New York and New Jersey.

The Kill Room comes from writer Jonathan Jacobson and will see Nicole Paone (Funny or Die, Friendsgiving) in the director’s chair. Paone and Thurman will also act as a producer on the upcoming project. The comedic thriller will see Jackson and Thurman sharing a film for the third time, following the famed Tarantino films Pulp Fiction and Kill Bill Vol. 2. The Kill Room is already shaping up to be very Tarantino-esque as it double dips into both crime and dark comedy, but with the addition of Manganiello to it’s cast, the upcoming film is already proving to audiences to be a film of it’s own accord. The Kill Room currently does not have a release date.
