Following the bombshell announcement about the upcoming Deadpool 3 project, Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman have released a follow-up video on social media in a bid to address any questions fans might have about Wolverine's return.
Reynolds was the star of the first Deadpool movie in 2016, portraying a brash, foulmouthed mercenary with the ability to regenerate from almost anything as he seeks revenge for his torture, scarring, and mutilation at the hands of the man who gave him his powers. The movie was based on the similarly comedic Marvel Comics character of the same name and was a massive success, spawning a successful sequel and eventually leading toDeadpool 3 being Marvel Studios' first R-rated film.

With fans eager for any news regarding the project being dejected when nothing was announced at D23, Reynolds took to his Instagram to drop the bombshell announcement (via a perfectly delightful sketch) that celebrated thespian and X-Men star Jackman reprising his iconic role as Wolverine in Deadpool 3. With the internet exploding at the news overnight, both men took it upon themselves to release a follow-up video, similarly uploaded to Instagram. The video features the two men sitting side by side and is captioned, “Quick explainer video that tackles… 1) Timeline questions 2) Logan canon 3) MCU FAQ 4) Whether we can do this all day or not,” an itinerary that perfectly categorizes all the questions that fans had.
